SHIPPING POLICY

ilumineight offers shipping within Bahrain and internationally. Our shipping rates vary based on the location of the shipment and the size and weight of the package. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via our selected courier partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For domestic orders within Bahrain, we offer free shipping for orders above BHD 150. For orders below BHD 150, a flat rate of BHD 5 will be charged for shipping.

For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated based on the destination country and the weight and size of the package. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Ilumineight is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At Ilumineight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [insert email address] with your order number and reason for return. Please note that items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Ilumineight reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Ilumineight. Once the item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the cost of shipping.

For exchanges, Ilumineight will cover the cost of shipping the new item(s) to the customer, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item(s) back to Ilumineight.

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping or purchase price. If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes and the package is returned to Ilumineight, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated fees.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
